SnapCall enables voice and video calls, and screen sharing inside the support chat, allowing our agents to solve your problem faster.
How to initiate a call
Step 1: Go to an active chat conversation.
Step 2: The support agent will send you a call invitation.
Step 3: Click on 'Answer the call' and 'Join now'.
How to share your screen
Step 1: Click on the screen-sharing button.
Step 2: A multichoice window opens.
Step 3: Choose what you want to share:
- Full screen
- A specific window
- A specific tab
Step 4: Click on Share.
Note: If you left the call by accident, you can join in again by clicking on 'Go back to call'.
After ending the call, you can still interact with our agent via chat.
