How to install TopSolid version 7

Step 1: Download the installation file by choosing version 7 on the Academic Software page under 'Select version' and clicking the download button.

 

Step 2: Open the TopSolid installation file in your download folder.

Step 3: Accept the licence agreement.

Step 4: Select the products you wish to install and click on Install. Adjust the different installation folders if necessary.

Step 5: After you close the installation, the computer will restart to complete the installation.

Step 6: After the computer has been restarted, open TopSolid and then click OK when the error message below appears.

Step 7: When you open TopSolid, you will be asked for a licence. Please click on Yes.

Step 8: Click on 'Floating licenses', enter the following IP address: 13.80.169.171 and click on Apply.
Three licences will appear.

Step 9: Select these licences and click on 'Add Licence' to add them. Then click on the green check mark.

The software is now ready to use.
