How to install and activate REAPER

Step 1: Go to the REAPER page on Academic Software and click on the download button on the right to download the software.

 

Step 2: Extract the zipped file in your download folder.

 

Step 3: Open the .exe installation file.

 

Step 4: Click on 'I Agree' to accept the licence terms.

 

 

Step 5: Choose an installation location and click on Next.

 

 

Step 6: Click on Install to start the installation.

 

 

Step 7: Click on Close once the installation is complete.

 

 

Step 8: Open REAPER.

 

Step 9: Click on Yes.

 

 

Step 10: Click on OK.

 

 

Step 11: Click on 'Import license key' to activate your licence.

 

 

Step 12: Click on 'Import license key from file...' and select the .rk file in the folder you just extracted.

 

 

Your licence is now activated and REAPER is ready to use.
