Step 1: Go to the VisuStat page on Academic Software and click on the button 'Download VisuStat' to download the software.
Step 2: Go to your download folder and extract the ZIP file. To do this, choose the location where you want to unpack and click 'Unpack all' at the top.
Step 3: Go to the folder where you extracted the files and open the installation file Setup.exe.
Step 4: If you see the screen 'Uw pc wordt beschermd' ('Your PC is being protected'), first click on 'Meer informatie' ('More information') and then on 'Toch uitvoeren' ('Run anyway'). If you do not see this screen, simply continue with the next step.
Step 5: You will now be taken to the installation program. Click on Volgende (Next) to continue to the next step.
Step 6: Accept the software licence agreement by clicking on Ja (Yes).
Step 7: Choose the location to install the software via the Browse button. Then click on Volgende (Next) to continue.
Step 8: Choose your installation type (by default this is the 'Typical' option). Then click on Volgende (Next).
Step 9: In the next window, select the program folder and click on Volgende (Next).
Step 10: In the window below, you will see an overview of the selected options. If you want to make any changes, click on Terug (Back). If you do not want to make any changes, click on Volgende (Next).
Step 11: In the last window you can choose whether you want to run VisuStat immediately or not. If you want to run the program immediately, check the box next to 'Run VisuStat nu' ('Run VisuStat now'), otherwise uncheck it.
Step 12: VisuStat is installed and ready to use.
