New company: with this option you can make a copy of the default company CRONUS BELGIUM NV and:

  • create a shared company and grant the selected users the necessary rights
  • create a new personal company for the selected users

 

Backup company: with this option you can:

  • grant rights for a company to a user
  • make a backup and grant rights for this company to different users
  • make a backup of a company and create a new personal company for the selected users

 

Deny Access to company: deny access to a company

 

 

CREATE NEW COMPANY

A new company will always be a copy of the default company CRONUS BELGIUM NV.

  1. Give the company a correct name

    --> Keep in mind that the company names may not be longer than 30 characters
  1. Possibility to select all users at once
  2. Users who will receive rights for the newly created company
  3. When you choose this option, only 1 company will be created and the selected users will be assigned rights to it. This is a shared company that is shared by different users
  4. When you choose this option, all selected users will be assigned a new company (the copy of the default company). The name of this copy will be: new company name + : + firstname.lastname
    ATTENTION! Because the first and last name are added at the end and the maximum number of characters is 30, it will not be possible to choose a company name of more than 6 characters!

    --> For example: Name company = NEW1
    Name = NEW1:firstname.lastname

 

BACKUP COMPANY

  1. Make sure you have selected the company of which you want to make a copy/backup
  2. Enter a correct backup name
  3. Select all users at once
  4. Via this button you have 2 options:
  • Grant access to a company: when you select a company and enter the same backup name, you will grant access to the selected users
  • Create a new shared company: when you select a company and enter a different backup name, a copy of the selected company with the chosen new name will be created. All selected users will be granted access to this company. This is 1 copy of the selected company with additional rights granted to the selected users
  1. When you choose this option, a copy will be made of the selected company and a new personal company will be created for each selected user
    ATTENTION! Because the first and last name are added at the end and the maximum number of characters is 30, it will not be possible to choose a company name of more than 6 characters!
  • For example: company name = STEP1
  • Name = STEP1:firstname.lastname

 

DENY ACCESS TO COMPANY

  1. Select a user
  2. The companies for which the user has rights will now appear
  3. When you select a company from the list and choose 'deny access to selected company', access to the company will be revoked for the selected user
