How to install Pythagoras

Step 1: Go to the Pythagoras page on Academic Software and click on the 'Download Pythagoras' button to download the software.

 

Step 2: Open the installation file in your download folder.

If you receive an error message, click on 'Run anyway'.

 

 

Step 3: Accept the licence agreement.

 

 

Step 4: Select where you want to install the software in the next two steps.

 

Check the Hasp driver box.

 

 

 

Step 5:  Click on Install.

 

 

Step 6: The software will be installed.

 

 

 

Step 7: Now you can activate the software.

 

Click the button 'Request licence' to request your licence.

 

 

Within 2 working days, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Step 8: Close Pythagoras.

 

Step 9: Go to your emails and search for the email sent by sales@pythagoras.net with subject: Your vendor has granted you access to an application. Click on the first link in the email.

 

Step 10: In your browser, click on the button 'Install'. Confirmation of successful installation appears.

 

Step 11: Open Pythagoras.

 

Step 12: Via Help > About Pythagoras > License info. In the window Licensing: License info the Type should read Sentinel SL. 

 

Pythagoras is installed and ready to use.
