If you experience problems while using SketchUp Studio, please consult this guide to identify the potential problem.
1. Create/use a Trimble ID
Did you already create a Trimble ID with your school email address? Then log in to use the software.
If you don't have one yet, create one at 3dwarehouse.sketchup.com (note: use your school email address).
Then follow the application procedure at the top right of the SketchUp Studio page on academicsoftware.eu.
2. My Trimble ID doesn't work in SketchUp Studio
If your Trimble ID does not work, make sure you activated it via email. If it hasn't been activated yet, log on to 3dwarehouse.sketchup.com with your Trimble ID and click on 'Click Here' to send the email.
3. Request a SketchUp Studio license
Once you have a Trimble ID, you need to apply for your license. This is done by filling in your details on the top right of the SketchUp Studio page of AcademicSoftware.
Within a few working days after your request, your license will be activated.
Please note: You may have both SketchUp (the free version) and SketchUp Studio available in your AcademicSoftware dashboard. Make sure you go to the right page (of SketchUp Studio).
