No access to applications in Adobe Creative Cloud

Do you get the following message when you open Creative Cloud?

Step 1: Go to https://www.adobe.com/ and then to your account to check your plan.

You should see software listed under your plans.

If this is not the case, your licences are not active. Please contact us in this case.

 

Is the licence active, but you still don't see any applications in Creative Cloud?

Then close Adobe Creative Cloud completely.

 

Mac

Step 2: Go to (macOS): /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/.

 

Step 3: Find the file serviceconfig.xml and copy it to your Desktop folder (or another location on your computer).

 

Step 4: Open the copied file in Text Editor.

 

Windows

Step 2: Open your explorer and go to the C:\ drive.

Step 3: Follow the following folder structure to find the 'ServiceConfig.xml' file.

    • Program Files (x86)
    • Common Files
    • Adobe
    • OOBE
    • Configs

 

Step 4: Right-click on it and open with Notepad.

Step 5: Under 'AppsPanel', change the 'false' to 'true' (see screenshots below).
Save these settings and close the file.

Step 6: Restart your computer. The applications should now be visible again in Adobe Creative Cloud.
