How to install Chem4Word

Chem4Word is an add-on for Microsoft Word. Please make sure you have Word installed and are logged in with a valid Microsoft Office account.

 

Step 1: Go to Chem4Word on Academic Software and click on the button ‘Download Chem4Word’ to download the installer.

 

Step 2: Open the .exe installer file from your downloads folder and click on Install to start the installation
Follow the steps to install the software.

Step 3: Check the box to accept the license agreement and click on Install.

Step 4: Click on Finish. Chem4Word is now installed.

Step 5: Open Word and click on the Chemistry tab in your ribbon on top.

Click on Draw to start using the plug-in.
