How to install Handbrake

The installation steps for Handbrake version 1.3.1, shown on the screenshots below, correspond to the installation steps for Handbrake version 1.6.1.

Step 1: Go to the Academic Software page of Handbrake and click on the button ‘Download Handbrake’ to download the installer.

Step 2: Open the .exe installer file from your downloads folder to start the installation.

Step 3: Click Next to accept the privacy License Agreement.

Step 4: Click Next to install the software in the standard location. You can also change the destination folder.

Step 5: Once the installation is completed click Finish.

The program is now installed and ready to use.
