Step 1: Go to the Academic Software page of Explorer for ArcGIS and click the button ‘Download Explorer for ArcGIS’ to go to the Microsoft Store.
Step 2: Click on Download. The page will open in the Microsoft Store app. (If necessary, click on the pop-up to allow this.)
Step 3: Click on Get or Install in the Microsoft Store. Explorer for ArcGIS will be installed.
Step 4: Once the installation is complete, click on Launch to run.
Click on 'Continue without Signing In' to immediately start using the app. You can also sign in with ArcGIS Online. You can use an ArcGIS account, or use your Facebook or Google account.

Explorer for ArcGIS is now installed and ready to use.
