How to install GIMP

Step 1: Go to GIMP on Academic Software and click on the button ‘Download GIMP’ to download the installer.

Step 2: Open the .exe installer file from your downloads folder, select your language and click  on OK to start the installation.

Step 3: Click on Customize for more options regarding install filepath, installed components etc.
Click on Install to install the software with the default options.

Note: the installation will take a couple of minutes. 

Step 4: Once the installation is completed, click on Finish. The program is now installed and ready to use.
