How to install VMware Workstation Pro

Step 1: Go to VMware on Academic Software and click on the Request button at the top right to request your account.

Within two days you will receive an email with your login details.

 

Step 2: Click on the button 'Download VMware Workstation Pro' to log in to the portal with your login details that you've received by email.

 

Step 3: Open the VMware Workstation Pro installation file.

 

 

Step 4: Click on Next.

 

 

Step 5: Accept the License Agreement.

 

 

Step 6: Select the installation destination and click on Next.

 

 

Step 7: Select the options if required and click on Next.

 

 

Step 8: Click on Next.

 

 

Step 9: Click on Install. The duration of the installation depends on the speed of your computer.

 

 

Step 10: Click on License to add your licence.

 

 

Step 11: Enter the licence code you've received by email and click on Enter.

The software is ready to use.
