Login problems in Blackboard:
A problem logging into Blackboard usually manifests itself as pictured above.
The possible reasons and the corresponding solution can be found below.
- Account does not yet exist in Blackboard.
Context: A student account is created in Blackboard when at least one course affiliation exists in his/her academic file. - Out-dated references in the cookies of your browser.
